It does not book a showing or appointment, reserve a home or guarantee a response time. Projects, plans & imagery.

Published projects describe experience and current work; publication does not establish that a residence is available for sale or lease. Juan's reported prior building experience is identified as his personal experience and does not mean every project was completed by Arcos & Co.

Plans, areas and dimensions are approximate. Layouts, finishes, furnishings, landscaping, surroundings and views may change. Project renderings and architectural concepts are labeled and are illustrative; they are not photographs of completed buildings or promises of final installed conditions. Confirm current pricing, availability, dates, specifications and project documents personally before making a decision.

AI concierge & personal review.

The concierge uses published project information and Gemini to help visitors compare spaces and prepare useful inquiries. Its responses can contain errors or omissions. Neither the concierge nor the website provides legal, tax, investment, zoning, feasibility or accessibility determinations, and neither determines eligibility for housing.

The concierge cannot make commitments on Juan's behalf. Ask Juan to confirm information that matters to your decision. Keep sensitive information out of the chat. See Privacy & data use for details about AI processing and submitted inquiries.

Saved threads, private documents & appointments.

A saved conversation is visible to Juan and to anyone holding its private access link. Automated responses are labeled as Gemini assistance. Owner replies are labeled separately. Keep private links secure. A proposal acknowledgement confirms receipt; separate written arrangements govern an engagement. Invoice payment status is an owner record, and the website does not collect or transfer payments.

An appointment is booked only when you choose a published time, provide the required details and receive a website confirmation. Times use America/Chicago. Use your private confirmation link to review or cancel. Email confirmations and external-calendar synchronization are not configured.

Capital-partner introductions.

The capital-partner form is an introduction only. This website does not offer securities, solicit an investment commitment or announce a fund. No fund structure, preferred return, waterfall, investment minimum or return target is established by this website. Any future opportunity and its documentation would be handled separately.

Respectful use & submitted content.
